LUZI Smart Lamp

OVERVIEW

Long before the prevalence of smart speakers, a Silicon Valley start-up with little experience in the hardware realm, sought to develop a smart bedside lamp. Enter LUZI, a smart lamp that helps a person sleep better. The LUZI lamp is set out to control a person’s connected devices with intelligent voice commands. This design allows people to sleep better, and reduce clutter on their nightstand with integrated USB ports, wireless charging, and premium Bluetooth speakers.

INSIGHT

Mighty Studios developed the LUZI lamp by first researching lighting and speaker technologies and married them with emerging design trends. The simple tower-like design allowed us to pack all of the components into an elegant, slender, space-saving form factor. The fabric sleeve doubled as a light diffuser and speaker grille. Mighty Studios also developed the logo and corporate style guide.
